Return Window

You may request a return within 90 days of receiving your order.


Return Eligibility

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.


Return Shipping

Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately.
In cases where the issue is not caused by the customer, all shipping costs will be covered by us.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary by bank or card issuer. The refund usually arrives in 3-7 days
